All clothes sold online are carefully controlled by us. When you buy on MASECONDECABANE.COM, you can be sure of the high quality of the products (also cleaned and ironed).
We have defined three categories of the second-hand items:

• In very good condition: means that clothes have been worn but have no defects
• In excellent condition: means that clothes have been worn only a few times
• New with label: means that clothes have never been worn

MASECONDECABANE.COM uses Stripe online payment system. Major credit cards are accepted. You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your order is shipped within 24 and 72 hours depending on when you place your order on MASECONDECABANE.COM. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday, Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivery times of transportation companies. Your order will be delivered to the address you have provided.

MASECONDECABANE.COM buys second-hand branded clothes for babies and children from 0 to 10 years old in excellent condition. For more information on how to sell, we invite you to visit our Sell page.

Very easy! First, fill out the form and we will quickly contact you to organize a pick-up according to your location.

MASECONDECABANE.COM offers you two options for the non-selected clothes:

• We can send you back the clothes that have not been selected (shipping costs at your expense).
• We can drop them off and donate them directly to the Centre de don Renaissance in Outremont.

In the days following the collect of your clothes, we will send you a form summarizing the list of clothes that have been selected and the price at which we offer to buy them back. As soon as you agree, an Interac transfer will be made directly to your bank account.
